Dupe PuPPy teams #2

There's a PuPPy-Python team also. Don't know if it matters. Sai Nudurupati has been putting Scientific Computing Sig presentations on PuPPy-Python.

Which one is used more? Would you prefer if we made the effort to put everything under one umbrella?

How much effort would it take? The other question is what are future ramifications of not unifying under one umbrella?
