Add CAM Ventilator... #155

Is it possible to add the CAM Ventilator to the google spreadsheet. It goes along with the VISP flow sensor. You can create it via metal or acrylic. Mill, 3D print or laser. It can be powered via NEMA, brushless or windshield wiper motor.
