GPAD API SPI CONTROLLER Over Level, Version 0.1 #193

On 20230131 Lee discovered that the unit running GPAD API SPI CONTROLLER Over Level, Version 0.1 was no longer updating the PERIPHERIAL device. Lee found that the CONTROLLER was reporting an absurdly large level. See image.
