Two Transistors Broken While Trimming LED Leads.

While using a flush trimmer on the LED leads near D203, D204 Lee broke transistors. One each on two assemblies.

Lee was using a nipper similar to this one:

More operator training will be needed. Perhaps diagonal cutters will be less clumsy.

Broken parts replaced with MMBT2222.

I used a diagonal cutter on SN 22 -30 and still managed to break one transistor.
