Troubleshooting, GPAD SN:4 #225

Report of failed display on this DUT.

At late April 2023 @RobertLRead reported GPAD SN: 4 had no display.

Troubleshooting

On 20230508 Lee began troubleshooting. Applied power. Current draw was about 80 mA and the device powered up and began display the SPI Controller splash screen. The device appears to be operating normally. Normal back light. Normal text display.

A series of percussive tests to try to duplicate the problem were applied (Percussive is the euphemism for rapping and tapping, banging and clanging and twisting and shouting at the DUT.)

Conclusion

Unable to duplicate a failure.
