Add 3D Model for Switch, to Public Invention KiCad Library and MoonRatII

In the MoonratII PCB we call out for SW1, SW2, and SW3 the JLCPCB Part #: C87037 Which is Omron: B3F-1052

Omron provides a 3D model: https://download.ia.omron.com/download/page/B3F_1052/OEE/

This model should be added to the KiCad Library of Public Invention and the MoonRatII project.

As of 20231114 the PCB 3D render does not have the switch 3D model

Adding this model will improve the accuracy of the KiCad rendered STEP model used for design of a MoonratII enclosure.
