Review code and add a cut-off date for 31Dec20WW. Workbook has this as cut-off date.

@karen-hotopp did we decide to actually do this? if so I can whack a filter date in for Spring code, also are we doing it for all the 2.2s i.e. additional A/B/C

almost all QA audit-related KPIs had a 31 Dec cutoff date indicated in the header - should we add it for all of them? can put the info in the provisional note
