Links to R style guide broken #20

Links to the style guide go to PHI R style guide.md instead of PHS R style guide.md, in Intro to R NSS and R Guidance for PHI.

The link to http://adv-r.had.co.nz/Style.html in Intro to R NSS also has a trailing 0 which is breaking the link.

Thanks for pointing this out Scott, I think I have fixed the Intro to R - NSS (now intro to R -PHS) bits in #21
