Note: there was a merge conflict here because I had edited create_excel_tables.R to update the filenames, but someone had also done it in one of the requests from today. I resolved the conflict so when reviewing, can you please check you are happy with the new output filenames for the excel tables? They are the same as before only with a couple of extra dashes :)
