0.2.0 #33

Hi guys,

This is everything I wanted to include for the 0.2.0 release. Mostly just updating the README and NEWS files with the new functions, and some small changes to spacing and whatnot in the other files.

Let me know if there's anything you think should be changed. I'll do the GitHub release on Friday and send an email round the R user group about it.
