Get dataset #59

This depends on #58 so that needs, finishing, and reviewing first

I think this does everything we want just now and all checks pass.

The latest addition was as we (@csillasch) discussed to pull all dataset names to suggest a correction only when we have an error. This strikes the balance of being helpful to the user but only doing additional API queries when we know they've already done something wrong.
