Request new NSU extract #959

After the June update and we have a full FY for 23/24 we can request a new NSU extract from the CHILI team. This will be included in the September update

### Tasks
- [x] run scipt in external folder `extract new nsu cohort`
- [ ] check that new nsu extract is getting picked up in code

This request has been sent to the CHILI team and a colleague has actioned this. We should hopefully receive the output from the wb 8th July
