Something not working right when trying ae_cup, acute_cup, gp_ooh_cup. needs investigating

The file names of CUP files has been unified in the commit 7509d73 as follows:

anon-GP-OoH-cup-extract-20{year}.csv.gz
anon-A&E-UCD-CUP-extract-20{year}.csv.gz
anon-GP-OoH-cup-extract-20{year}.csv.gz
