Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, guidance for deploying dashboards is held within a Teams OneNote page. There is also an opportunity to share wider considerations about the development of dashboards that would be useful for all staff when considering and during development of information products like dashboards and applications.

A separate issue is open for deployment guidance (see #44). This issue should focus on the development of dashboards only and can be referenced from the deployment guidance as required.
