Since we now have an Export menu on the map view, may we remove the export buttons from the plan chooser?
It seems like this would be a good compromise, because the export menu contains visual exports -- exporting the spatial data as well as the raw data. For users, I think it would make more sense to be able to export a plan after confirming that the representation of the plan on the map (visually) is accurate, or at least the expected result, as opposed to exporting from the plan chooser or the share tab.
Exporting from the chooser or the share tab gives a limited amount if information to the user, such as plan name, description, and # of districts. However, exporting from the map view shows which districts are missing/at targets, etc. It seems more useful in the scenario when you are viewing the map.
I confered with Mike, and we don't want to see it removed at this point. Moving it off the plan chooser complicates bulk (which we'd like to enhance at some point see 147), and also means that if you are logged in you have to copy the plan just do download it. The latter wouldn't be an issue if the 108 enhancement were in place.
Maybe we should defer this to our call, and think about how 108/147/254/257 fit together and what makes sense to do now, and would be most consistent with future desired enhancements?

Mostly updated in other tickets. Still minor inconsistency -- is it possible to add shapefile download in plan chooser and share tab?
