The template for resource dashboard (incorrectly) assumes that vectorstorer is enabled (at https://github.com/PublicaMundi/ckanext-publicamundi/blob/master/ckanext/publicamundi/templates/user/dashboard_resources.html#L12). All fanstatic resources become available only when a plugin is activated.
