Refine Ambience Style #84

Edit the ambience tracks so they better fit the audio direction of our game. Right now, they're too realistic

Made some FMOD changes in the FMOD repo/Jackson_Updates, reducing the audio quality & whatnot

We updated most of these (excluding the birds), so any changes from here on out will take care of themselves. I'll leave it as an issue so I don't forget about the ambience style, though!
