Found out that we are sorta good to go. Normally stuff is reported with Chi2 but its fine to also report with z-score (they are basically the same metric). Anova function doesn't actually ANOVA the data, Python was doing what we want. I have learned a lot....
Nic asked for a bit more work on teasing out what the coefs mean for the results. Plots would help here too (not getting reactivated means they have less believe that a state law would help -- makes sense but we should be able to prove that).
Going to try to finish up Gig Plat and plan for JASIS&T extension (what data do I need, prep anything I can easily -- minor prototypes) but focusing on finishing up quarter's homework
