Steps to reproduce: Input the following commands 1) add n/John Poe p/84920491 e/poe@yuh.com a/RVRC s/Physics 2) add n/john poe p/84920491 e/poe@yuh.com a/RVRC s/Physics

I understand that in the User Guide it is stated that John Doe and john doe are treated as separate entities. But in the real world they are likely to be treated as the same entity making this a flaw in your design for the add feature. Hence this is a feature flaw
