GeyserMC/Custom server compability for DNS setup #285

This is not an issue but rather a question (it could be seen as feature request but I am unsure if it counts if it is for the DNS setup). Does the setup for a custom DNS server work with all MC Bedrock servers hosted on port 19132 for example a Geyser instance? I am fully aware that custom servers can be added to the server list but I wanna move the DNS to the same server where my Minecraft server is hosted.

Yes since BC is nothing more then a Minecraft server itself, the diffrence between an Normal BedrockServer/Geyser Instance is that bedrock connect is specifically build around Minecraft's "transfer" packet to make it's UI function.

You just have to setup a DNS server that instead of redirecting to BedrockConnect's ip to your Minecraft Server's ip (has to be an ipv4 not an domain).
