There was no new BedrockConnect release version as there was no protocol version change in update 1.20.41, so the current BedrockConnect release works on 1.20.41. New BedrockConnect releases are only released when the protocol version changes.

Trying to join the server with the latest release shows an "outdated server" warning, or can you confirm that it does work on games with version 1.20.41, and I messed something up during my setup instead?

Which BedrockConnect instance are you using? The main BedrockConnect server/DNS (104.238.130.180) is confirmed working for 1.20.41.

If you're hosting your own BedrockConnect instance, check to make sure when launching BedrockConnect the log shows the release 1.39. (Should show -= BedrockConnect (Release: 1.39) =-) If it's showing a lower number, you're running an outdated release.
