Implemented a view for third party open source licenses under the settingspage. Implemented an icon of the pull dating logo, which will also be used under the licensepage. Furthermore removed the custom back button from the settingpage.

I don't think this solves #34 it only adds the icon to the license page, not the home screen etc. Can you update the description and remove that
