As pointed out by atKingNC, TurboWarp embeds certain settings (like custom stage size, infninite clones, remove fencing, etc.) into the project JSON. In theory, these settings could be preserved and forwarded on to the Leopard output when a project is uploaded via .sb3. (Of course, these settings won't exist in project files on the Scratch website.)
