This pull request updates sb-edit from 0.13.12 to 0.13.14 (looks like we skipped 0.13.13, which conveniently would mean avoiding this bug altogether!) — 0.13.13 was just housekeeping and cleanup, so the only new feature (and change in functionality) introduced is if on edge, bounce in 0.13.14.
This pull request also adds the translation for "if on edge, bounce" to the manual!
