Rotation camera gizmo #24

Even if Grease pencil tools addon provide rotation tools for camera, user would need to know that it exists and learn the shortcut. Hence having an exposed feature is probably a good idea.

Also the ability to reset rotation would be nice. Either on gizmo button double click or Alt click
