Add Gpencil navigation keys Jump between Grease pencil keys

Feature that would be nice:

Add associated shortcut in addon preferences (With easy setup)
Add modifier to include Object Keys in jump (probably on Shift)

Extra possibility. There could be a Flip key modal (separate feature)

Navigation keys added Shift + click is used to consider other all accessible (visible and unlocked) layers instead of active only

Way to improve: Maybe add a preference to remove nav keys from gizmos as animator rapidly setup shortcuts for keyframe jump (and disable by default or remove entirely depending on feedbacks)
