Visual cues when tansforming object #8

Objective: more intuitive placement in depth and relative to other objects.

Instance a semi tansparent plane (opacity around 15%) on active object's origin when moving it using depth move. The plane is parallel to camera and visually intersect with other existing objects in scene.

Alternatively, there could be a projection of the object on X/Z axis onto the surrounding surface (with color intensity for proximity ?). This would be interesting as well when using translate gizmo to ground a GP for example. (As second visual cue to mark object bottom ?)

Note: This could lead to option(s) to disable this overlay in addon preferences
