Program Unresponsive, can't move window, have to force quit. #193

I just installed the program and it is completely frozen when I open it. I try to move the window around but it won't budge. I try to close it nothing happens. I open task manager and see my cpu usage ramping up. I force quit the program and it goes back to normal. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and have run as admin. I even tried the portable versions, and restarted my pc multiple times. The program is completely unresponsive from the moment I open it.

Your firewall must be blocking the update check. You can allow it or install as portable where check is off by default.

I got the same issue with portable version. I also added it as allow app in the firewall setting. I tried installed version as well, but same results.

i also have the same problem, the program only opens like this for me, i have tried using installed version, portable and even older versions, disabled my firewall and even after that it still shows up the same. it's all laggy, and any button doesn't work, i have to close it from my task manager. i used this program a lot for a while, but since this happened (4-6 month ago) every time i re-install it still shows up the same error. i would love to comeback to use this program, since it helped me a lot MacroCreator_fyhsepBXLq

Popping in from the future to say that this is still a pretty big issue. I've been getting the same issues as the folks above, but mine also randomly stopped in the middle of a loop, closed itself, and turned into this broken version. It's 100% busted until I restart my laptop, and then it'll break shortly down the line. Tried regular, portable, x86, emptying my temp folder, even downgrading versions, no way to fix it when it gets like this without restarting your computer as far as I can tell. It's allowed in the firewall as well.

I have the same problem. It only happens when I haven't restarted my pc for more than one or two days. It is normal for a short time after I restart my PC , but the same problem will appear soon.

This issue still persists to this day. Anyone find a fix?
