OCR error

Hello,

I am trying to use OCR to capture text. It gives the following error:

I have not been able to find anyone else with this. Any idea how i can solve this/ what the problem may be?

Earlier it also gave an error about not being able to find an image in C:\Users\kfadillah\AppData\Roaming\MacroCreator\Screenshots

But it has stopped giving this error after i changed the directory to C:\Users\kfadillah\Screenshots

Apologies, i managed to solve this issue by running the program in administrative mode. I am working on a company laptop, so i dont have access to this. I thought i'd at least give the feedback for the next person who runs into this.
