Vizio TV wakes up PC #580

I have a PC connected to my Vizio TV using a USB-CEC adapter. How can I stop the PC from being woken up from sleep when the TV is turned ON and the HDMI input is set for the port the PC is connected to. I've just updated to LibCec 6.0.2 from 4.0.2. This behaviour was not present with 4.0.2. I also tried updating the firmware to the latest level (12) but that didn't make a difference. The only way of stopping the PC from waking up is to turn OFF in device manager the ability for both the keyboard and mouse devices to wake the computer. Which is not an acceptable solution since I rely on waking the PC from the keyboard to initiate other behaviour. The TV is a Vizio M50Q7-H1, M50Q7-H61 and has the latest firmware from Vizio installed on it. Any help would be appreciated Mike

After further investigation this is not a Visio TV issue. It appears to be the CEC adapter itself. I connected a PC to a TV via a USB-CEC adapter. Made sure that I could see the desktop on the TV screen. Put the PC in sleep mode. Now get a No signal message on TV screen. Powered off (put in standby) the TV. Wait a minute then power ON TV which causes the PC to wake up (which I don’t want). Tried 4 different adapters on 4 different PC’s connected to 4 different TV types. On 2 set ups the PC was woken up and on 2 they weren’t . I switched adapters between 2 of the setups and the behaviour followed the adapter. I opened up 2 adapters, one that caused wake and one that didn’t - both were V4 boards. So I assume this is a firmware setting. Can anyone point me to what setting needs to be updated in the adapter to prevent waking the PC’s

How can i tell if the adapter is faulty? I have 4 of them. 2 cause the PC to wake up and 2 do not.

Sorry hit send too early. This behaviour only started when i upgraded the Libcec software from version 4 to version 6 which I assume updated a driver. Which behaviour is the expected behaviour?
