Onkyo reciever keeps changing back to TV input #582

Hello. I just purchase a Pulse Eight USB CEC adapter and I'm trying to set it up. What I want is the tv and reciever to change inputs correctly when I power on the pc. It does as I want if the TV is turned off. However when I'm watching TV (TV channels) and I power on the computer the Onkyo receiver changes the input from tv to pc for about 2 seconds then back to tv. Any idea what's causing this? Weird since it doesn't do it when I power on the pc and tv is shut off. Even though I left it at TV when i turned off the tv.

I'm using libCEC tray 4.0.2. Tried 6.0.2, but it made pc wake from doing things with tv remote.

No, i ended up not using it at all.

Seeing this as well with Onkyo TX-NR535, Asus P8H77-I, and Pulse Eight adapter.

libcec 6.0.2, kodi 19.4
