RPI4 & Bookworm: Issue after update. #642

Hej there,

after updating from Bullseye to Bookworm I now have the issue that the Raspberry Pi does not switch on anymore my CEC device... Is there any issue/bug known that causes this?

I have not changed anything concerning my system...
