Add a Mute Button #16

I found myself wanting to push a mute button somewhere on the display of the app (or web interface). I cant confidently say where around the perimeter is the best placement. Maybe upper right corner. However, when it is muted, It should be clear/glaring to the user so they don't confuse it with the app not working/connecting. The settings screen could also have a checkbox to show or hide the mute button. Feature creep... maybe there could be a volume slider one day too. (maybe that is a separate ticket or not needed)
