Keyboard Shortcuts #294

Added the following keyboard shortcuts to the UI as part of accessibility recommendations. Fixes LeedsCC/Helm-PHR-Project/issues/75

1 - Patient Summary / Home 2 - Problems / Issues 3 - Medications 4 - Vaccinations 5 - Allergies 6 - Top 3 Things

M - Toggle side bar menu S - Sign Out H - Toggle High Contrast Mode G - Filter list (list views only)

Please note that we don't have anywhere to explain the presence of these shortcuts to users. We may need to consider an Accessibility page containing this information.
