Update Top 3 Things Prototype - Leeds PHR

• [x] Review table view to include: Priority, Name, Date, Source
• [x] Revise edit view to show: Priority, Name, Description, Date, Source
• [x] Show table rows as draggable.

@tony-shannon Is the priority field numeric or descriptive i.e. 1, 2, 3 or Low, Medium, High?
