Patient Dashboard Enhanced Widgets

• [x] Show enhanced widgets for Documents, Medications and Measurements.
• [x] Widgets should all be 1/4 width same as the others.
• [x] Widgets are draggable. Show dragging state. Suggest a blank box is positioned in the area the widget is to be dropped.
