Valkyrie testing #77

Due to refresh TCP + Tekkit 2 Sphax patch packs, this mod boasts to increase the atlas size depending on GPU. Have encountered a few issues, but getting Valkyrie working was very hodgepodge, involving enabling and disabling different mods and finding beta builds.

Works with the following disabled:

Some of these may not be as impactful if re-adding CensoredASM in testing is fruitful.
