Thaumcraft refresh

Beta channel closed, handful of tc related mods need to be tested again.

Consideration is still there to return to tc4, but in the meantime there are a LOT of addons to chug through. Intent is not to slap a tonne on, but I do wish to expand Thaumcraft further.
