Replaced the original hat trick and quad trick with natural hat trick and quad trick.
Made sure the trophy popup displays in front of the 'Win match' modal.
Added a created column to the trophies_players table.
Laid the groundwork for adding custom sounds to each achievement:
To add a different sound, add it to httpdocs/js/pump-foos/sounds/achievements/{achievement-name}.mp3 and modify the soundfile entry with the {achievement-name}.mp3. The default sound is default.mp3.
