Challenge

Your XRP Robot wants to be able to wave hello to its friends.

Constraints

Begin with the 'XRP Command Robot' project base
Create a new subsystem Arm using XRPServo.
Create a new command Wave to set the angle on the XRPServo.
Call the new command to run from inside the autonomousInit method inside Robot.java
