Set standard for files and folders for assets

SASS

• propose new names for global, shared, and app folders => global, components, website
• Find out if you can do BEM with placeholders
• Finalize strategy for the three folders

  JS

/js/modernizr.js and other non-concat files /scripts/lib all library or framework files /scripts our code

Gulp

• update gulpfile

• hold variables that span files

• hold barely-styled components?
