Requirements:

live in .PUNCH
run it in a fresh Statamic v2 install
Leaves no trace of itself.

Added make_haymaker to the .PUNCH folder. As such, it should be available on update. Also, I implemented this so that it leaves a trace of the non-theme files from starterfiles, so we can use those other files too.
