Library Request: RTC Library for seedstudio's Grove - RTC #25

Adding the RTC Library for seedstudio's Grove - RTC would be great.

Though there are already other RTC libraries available for the Cloud Compiler (DS1307, I2Cdevlib-DS1307, RTC, Time), I'd be happy if you could add the above due to its nice interface.
