Features Request: Config of the location of the notification icons. #79

Allow us to set the scale, x and y coordinates of the notification icons.

Also want to write this here: I really like the way it communicate with the notification icons! Imagine if the Accountant or DailyDuty plugin have this for its timer, visually on the screen reminding you to tend your crops, handle your squadron etc. Imagine that.
