Never changed any settings both in dalamud or my PC over the last 5 years. Plugin just randomly gave me this issue.

Give this guy/girl a raise! fixed the issue by resetting config as told! just have to add scripts/configs but at leat i'm able to acess the application in game. Thank you so much!
