Refactored entire "Presets" folder in the root of the repository.
Updated readme.md with more information, including a layout naming scheme
Renamed folders to just expansion names
Created a General folder
Updated names for all Dawntrail content
Added more Dawntrail content presets (dungeons, mostly) by two users in Discord
Added credits to all Dawntrial content presets
Removed some "dev" files that hadn't been touched for years
Please note that I did not go through and update presets from any of the past expansions. I also have not moved over most of the content from Jabberwock's wiki page, since I'm not sure how we want to handle bringing in content other people made without their permission. If this is something we want to do (especially for some of the ultimates), I can pursue the creators and see if they're okay with it.
