[bug] reaper pvp burst mode broken #90

when activating burst mode for reaper the action turns from its normal icon to this, and when activated gives the error "unable to use in pvp areas" image

Pvp rotations are still a work in progress, and the one your have there is from 6.1. there will be a release with the new pvp abilites soon. from what ive been told it'll be a complete rework - just like pve. its probably doing that because sloth/wrath is calling for an ability that has been deleted from the game with the 7.1 pvp update. Some abilities also have the same exact name as they did in EW, but they function dfifferently, so theyre allocated brand new IDs as if theyre new abilities.
