added more bothers and SelectOk support #109

Bothers: PurifyResult (aetherial reduction) end results SalvageResult (desynthesis) end results RetainerItemTransferProgress end results

SelectOk support. New tab next to YesNo, functions basically the same as YesNo entries, but for SelectOk dialogs
