Retainer Task Result not working #129

Hi, when speaking to my Retainers and completing the Venture it redeems the items ok, but I'm then presented with the default resend box in game, the YesAlready isn't resending them on the same Venture

I can also confirm that my retainers are not auto-confirming as they did prior to Dawntrail.
