API9 Updates #20

Made the necessary changes to get the plugin functional under dalamud API9. I might've forgot to get all the spots where PluginLog was called, but that's not a problem until API10.

I am very out of the loop with Dalamud at this point, and wasn't even aware of the API change, so thank you very much for this. I will double check it and merge after dinner. Thank you for the notice regarding the log calls too.
